Introduction
Conductive tube cuffs (CK-5303F, CK5311F)are designed for special work situation, for example GMR, Hard Disc. In the environment of low-friction charges, conductive tube cuffs are requested to inhibit the friction charges. In some special requirement, the conductive tube cuffs can be used instead of the wrist strap and save the cost in the same time.
The surface resistivity of our tube cuff material (CK-5316J, CK-5313J) is between 108-9 square. In general work situation of electronic factories, the cuff part of garment will be rubbed often. Therfore, conductive tube cuffs can reduce the high voltages caused from friction. In some application this conductive tube material can be used instead of wrist straps.
Normal tube cuff (CK-5307) possesses round shape and can be used just after cut. It is tight on the wrist and blocks the particles within the garment. On the other hand, the tube cuff can reduce the airborne accumulation caused from cloth wrinkle.
