JA is the premier fabric for antistatic cleanroom garments. Garments made of JA meet the stringent performance standards of high classification cleanroom, providing comfort, cleanliness and protection in dust free manufacturing areas for the electronics device industries.
The 2/1 twill weave of JA fabric allows for greater density, which gives superior durability compared with alternative fabrics. It offers optimum barrier efficiency due to the close interstice weave structure.
The anti-static performance is achieved by a high quality conductive yarn woven into the base fabric. Garments made of JA fabric can effectively control the static problem and eliminate the triboelectric charge, and therefore any particle attraction onto the garment.
