Cleanroom Fabric -BPS

BPS is the premier fabric for antistatic cleanroom garments. Garments made of Aclean BPS meet the stringent performance standards of the most demanding cleanroom, providing comfort, cleanliness and protection in dust free manufacturing areas for the semiconductor or flat panel industries.

Using 3/2 twill structure with a close interstice weave, BPS provides better filtration efficiency than alternative fabrics. Besides, the striped fabric is soft, lightweight, comfortable and breathable.

The superior anti-static performance is achieved by high quality conductive yarn woven into the base fabric. Garments made of BPS fabric can effectively control the static problem, eliminating triboelectric charge, and particle attraction onto the garment.
